Maticals.in is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame while ensuring the highest quality packaging. Online paid orders are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed via call and then dispatched the same or next working day.
We ship throughout the week, except Sundays and public holidays, during normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition in the shortest time possible, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try to ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but cannot guarantee the same.
How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹399.
Standard shipping charges of ₹49 apply on orders below ₹399.
Our prices are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). As per the Government of India, Maticals.in is fully GST compliant.
Relevant GST will be added to your product total at checkout. GST is applicable only for orders within India.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Express delivery is available for all online paid orders, which typically arrive within 3–6 working days in major cities.
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date. However, no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed via call.
Delivery of all orders will be done to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order. For remote locations or areas where courier delivery is unavailable, the recipient may be required to pick up the package from a nearby delivery center.
Time frame for orders from dispatch date:
– Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3–6 working days
– Rest of India: 5–7 working days
COD orders usually take 5–7 working days as additional time is required by the shipping company for processing.
What if I receive the product in damaged condition?
If you receive the product in a damaged condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at support@maticals.in, mentioning your order ID, or call us at +91-73874 97970 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
We will arrange a reverse pick-up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand-new replacement is issued to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product.
