How do I cancel an order on Maticals.in?
If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at support@maticals.in with your order number mentioned in the subject line.
If you wish to cancel the order after it has been dispatched, you can refuse to accept the order upon delivery and inform us of the same via email.
Note: Personalized product orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the order has been processed.
Return Policy:
Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. You must inform our team within 7 working days of receiving the package. We will ensure that a brand-new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when the reverse pick-up is made.
If you think you have received a product in poor condition or if the packaging appears tampered with or damaged before you open the package, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.
In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we may require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 7 working days from the day of delivery. Once we receive the product at our office, we will issue store credits for the same value of the product. This applies only if the product is unused.
Returns are not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
Certain products (such as socks, hoodies, eye masks, etc.) where personal hygiene is a factor are not eligible for return. For such products, a note will be mentioned directly on the product page.
We take the utmost care to ensure the quality of each product and that it reaches you safely. However, fragile items may occasionally be damaged during transit. In such cases, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are applicable if a replacement for a damaged product is not available. For online paid orders, the refund will be credited to the same bank account used for payment. For COD orders, the customer’s bank account details will be required, and the refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of order cancellation. Alternatively, refunds can also be processed via PayTM.
